Shipping Information

We ship to most regions worldwide. If you are unable to complete an order from your location, please contact us for assistance. Our team will be pleased to provide further information and support. Email us at: store@magnifissance.com.

Shipping Methods

Orders shipped from our Canadian warehouse are sent via Canada Post, and orders shipped from our U.S. warehouse are sent via United States Postal Service (USPS).

In addition to standard shipping, other shipping options are available at checkout to meet your needs.

Shipping rates vary depending on the shipment type and destination. Your shipping cost will be automatically calculated at checkout.

Track Your Order

You will receive an email from us after your order is sent out. A tracking number will be included, and you can check the status of your shipment by clicking on the tracking link.

*Magnifissance ships using Canada Post Regular Parcel™ for all Canadian addresses, and either Canada Post or the United States Postal Service (USPS) for deliveries to the United States. All shipments include tracking information, which can be viewed in your account under the “Order Section.”

Customs Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

If a customer refuses to pay the applicable customs duties or taxes, resulting in the return of the shipment to Magnifissance, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

 

Return Policy

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Returns on eligible items are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned undamaged and unused in their original packaging with the tag attached. Returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

Please note that we do not refund the shipping charges you may have paid when you placed your order and customs duties that you may have paid when receiving your order.

The return shipping and import duties back to Canada (if any) will be sustained by the customer.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on products that have been customized for you. Regarding the Book of Songs, due to the delicate nature of this limited-edition art volume, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted once the item has been unwrapped. If your copy arrives damaged, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist.

How to Return

Please ship in a securely packaged box with the original packing slip and receipt.

Please note that we do not offer return labels at this time. Return shipping costs are covered at your own expense, including duties and taxes for international customers.  You can return your items using the secure service of your choice. We will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages.

Refund Process 

Once the products reach our warehouse and are confirmed to be in the same state they were initially shipped, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Your refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that credit card refund may take up to 10 business days to complete, depending on the processing time of your financial institution. This can vary among credit card issuers.
